When Cole was a baby and toddler, this was his favorite book. It would always be the first one he'd pick when it was reading time. I have fond memories of the way he fit perfectly in my lap, the top of his head under my chin. Little did I know, that a few short years later, it would be the first book he would read to me.

Hello again, Nicholas. We've missed you.

The sweetest book, the cutest pictures. A great start, again.

Then he read me a book about Titanic survivors.

How exciting that Cole is reading - bunny books AND Titanic stories!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Cole!
That book is right about on Thomas' reading level in English. Just kidding. Yeah Cole!
ReplyDeleteWhen did Cole get so big??????
ReplyDeleteI laughed at your last sentence about the Titanic- of COURSE he wanted to read that to you!
Hope things are on the up-and-up over there at the "Monster House!"
Love the Easter bunny comic! It's one of my favorites!
ReplyDeleteDarlene- have you closed your Facebook account? I can no longer find you!
ReplyDeleteDarlene, my kids LOVED any Richard Scarry book. His illustrations were always so much fun and endearing to look at. I can't wait to hear Cole read. Could he bring the book to Joanie's Easter dinner and read a little to us? It would be better than candy! Love, Mart
