Scenes From the C+W

On the day after Glover Day, there were lots of aunts, uncles and cousins around to visit the C+W.
I'm not sure what kind of shady deal is going on here, but no one is making eye contact.
 Estelle liked handling the money.

 Pies were a big hit!

  1. Precious! That is the one word that came to my mind when I saw that hand painted black board like sign propped up by the mailbox.

Also loved the "shady deal" caption you wrote when Uncle Chris was buying from the children! So funny!

  2. The C & W stand is a whole lot fancier than the lemonade stand I attempted to run as a young girl in Underhill. The variety of offerings at the C&W is impressive to say the least. The pie purchased was delicious and it was easy to see why Wayne got a ribbon in that pie baking contest! Let us know when the next batch of pies are out of the oven.

  3. We enjoyed that blueberry pie over and over!!! The syrup was delicious too - finished it up with some pancakes with Wayne. The bouquet of flowers looked lovely in the window at Stuart & Emily's camp. What fun!!! Hope the C & W will be open for business again soon!

  5. The C & W lives on. I also want to know what Chris' shady deal was all about...! Those freckles on Heather make her look more and more like Alexandra! p.s. I still can't post comments on people's blogs!!! Hence the anonymity!
    Love,
