Gifts

Wayne had a great birthday. He took cupcakes to school to share with his class. He was tickled with all the phone calls with Happy Birthday songs and messages. He received cards and money and gifts galore. He was King for a day!

Here are some of the gift highlights:


A Batman action figure.

Some buggy pajamas.


Remote control race cars.


A race car in action. What I haven't gotten a picture of yet is the metal detector (a kids one, but pretty good) and an underwater viewing scope for all that frog and tadpole hunting he likes to do, and a stamp collecting album.

Thanks everyone for all your calls, cards, and gifts. He had a great day.

    oh for heaven's sake Darlene, 9 times out of 10 your music makes me cry. Will you cut it out for cryin' out loud? :-)
    I loved seeing photos of Wayne and his gifts!

    If you only could have seen how wild and crazy the 3 remote cars were all heading every which way at the same time...up people's feet and legs, under chairs, Heather and Cole squealing with delight...a wonderful mayhem!!!
